Journey During Any Way You Want It.

Journey, a classic band with fans both old and young, brought their timeless tunes to the Austin 360 Amphitheater.
Despite a rainy Sunday, fans showed up, sang along, and even shed a few tears. The band performed some of their most popular songs like Faithfully and the everso ‘80s classic Don’t Stop Believin’.
As an opening act, long time friends and colleagues Steve Miller Band played an hour-long set. They played Abracadabra, Space Cowboy and many other songs from their long discography.
Journey opened their set with a feel good song, Any Way You Want It, from the “Departure” album. One of the band’s love ballads, Separate Ways (Worlds Apart), made room for one of the most special moments at any concert. The lead singer, Arnel Pineda stopped halfway through the chorus and the crowd kept singing the song back to him.
Journey, a band that has been formed, reformed, and with a three-decade career, brought the thing that has kept them famous: songs that speak to the fans of the ‘80s and the fans of today.
