Froyo Time: 3 Delicious Frozen Yogurt Places in Austin
The weather is warming up and cold treats are sounding better every day. In Austin, there are many frozen yogurt places. The following three places are fun, easygoing and yummy.
Yoyo’s: Yoyo’s frozen yogurt has a self serve system. You pick your cup size and fill it with any flavor(s) you like, such as peanut butter, Hawaiian delight or creamy delight. After that you add toppings, from chocolate chips to caramel syrup. But, what makes Yoyo’s unique is another special treat on the menu, crêpes. The crêpes are made to order with Nutella, whipped cream and your choice of other toppings.
201 University Oaks Blvd, Suite 560 Round Rock, TX 78665
Caffe Yolly: Caffe Yolly has the same system as Yoyo’s, self serve, choose your flavor, add toppings and pay by weight. Some of their flavors include salted caramel and cotton candy. Caffe Yolly’s special treats are coffees and teas, like espressos and white chocolate vanilla lattes. It is a great place to sit and do work, with free wifi and calm atmosphere.
14900 Avery Ranch Blvd, Austin, TX 78717
Orange Leaf: Orange Leaf is new to the Avery Ranch area with the same system. They have special flavors that are dairy free such as pineapple and orange, and their birthday cake flavor is 100 percent corner pieces. The smart thing that Orange Leaf has are cup dividers, so you can have more than one flavor and not have them mix. They also have froyo to go and froyo cookies.

These frozen yogurt places are delicious and are the perfect places to go as spring heats up and summer fast approaches.
