In kindergarten, my mom and I started a book club with a few of our friends. For our December meeting in 2016, we all brought a Christmas-themed dish and created a recipe book out of it. This was the recipe my mom and I prepared and shared.
1 10 oz bag mini pretzel
5 cups Cheerios
5 cups Corn Chex or Rice Chex
2 cups salted peanuts
1 lb. bag of MaMs
1 24 oz bags of white chocolate
6 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions: Microwave the white chocolate chips (12 02 at a time) with 3 Tbsp oil for 1½ minutes. Stir and microwave for a few more seconds. Mix all ingredients. Line 2 or 3 cookie sheets with wax paper. Pour out into a thin layer onto the cookie sheets. Let cool in the fridge overnight. Break apart and serve.
