Varsity winterguard placed 5th overall and 3rd in the movement division on Jan. 25 at the Dripping Springs Texas Colorguard Classic. It was the debut of their new show, entitled Avalanche.
“Winterguard is a really special sport to me,” senior Ashlynn Parrot said. “This has been one of the most important things to me in high school, it has brought me out of my shell and brought me to other people who are more like me. It’s been a really supportive thing to do and I’m really looking forward to this winterguard season just to see where our show goes and how we grow as a team.”
