Trust No One
You can never trust people , even your best friend might just stab you in the back.
Okay let me fill you in on what happened to make help you understand this sad truth. I have a friend named Stacey Dash who I have known for fifteen years. Stacey knew all of my secrets. My boyfriend Alexander and I have been dating for seven years and we have a lot in common.
I should have known that Stacey had a thing for Alexander, since every time I’d bring him up she would have the biggest smile on her face. When he would call me she would always press for information by asking, “How is he doing? Are y’all fighting?”
I assumed she just cared about our relationship. I discovered the truth while on vacation in Hawaii.
During my trip, Alexander never really answered my calls and would take almost forever to reply to a text. At the same time, Stacey would always tweet about the great boyfriend she had just started dating. The weird thing about it was, when I would ask his name or for a picture of him something would always come up and she would have to end the call or was not able to text.
With all these things, my trip to Hawaii was pretty weird; I got a flight home a day early to surprise everyone. When I landed in Austin, I called for an Uber to take me home. I hurriedly took my bags out and strode to the front unlocked door.
I opened the door. I saw my supposed best friend and boyfriend making out. I closed the door quickly and called the Uber back.
After that I went to my mom’s house and never wanted to talk to Stacey or Alexander since that day. That is why you can never trust any person but yourself.
