Cheer on the New Cheerleaders
The results for 2014 -2015 McNeil Cheer Team have been announced. Twenty-One girls tried out for varsity and 16 of them made the team.
The new varsity girls are: freshmen Erica Flanary, Mason Maddox, Catherine Warrick, Haylee Bertelson, Cameron Collins, Annalisa Capuchino; sophomores Alison Meisch, Angelica Anzures, Riley Young, Ally Petersen, Ashley Drake, Julia Frey; juniors Jordan Whittaker, Anika Hilbrich, Alanna Escueta, and Michaela Guillory.
Making the JV squad are sophomores Victoria Aquino and Gabi Ehardt.
The criteria for the big tryout on March 22 consisted of the testing of skills in tumbling, stand-up tumbling, performing certain chants, cheers and a dance routine.
