Ballet Folklorico Dances To the Top
After long hours of in-class and after school practice beginning in November, Ballet Folklorico’s hard work paid off at the Bailes de Mi Tierra Folklorico Competition March 1.
For their first ever competition, Ballet Folklorico students tied for first place with Stony Point.
Ballet Folklorico has more in store for the rest of their first year as an official class, including performances at a librarian conference, recruitment for eighth graders and a spring show at the end of the semester.

Ballet Folklorico is now an after school club. Please check the MHS website under Clubs for more information. Ms. Cano is still the instructor.
