The Alamo Drafthouse is celebrating Mother’s Day by hosting “Moms Love Movies.” During the event, mom movie favorites such as “Mamma Mia!” will be presented at varying Alamo Drafthouse locations from May 11 to May 15.
The Alamo presents movies with unique events during the watch, such as Special menus, Feast and brunches.Ticket Prices range from $9.75 to $54.99 depending on the movie. Ages 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
English teacher and mother of two Autumn Goodwin finds the mother day event to be a fun idea.
“100% interested, I love going to the movies,” Goodwin said. “Mamma Mia sounds fun because I can sing along to it.”
