McNeil High School will be hosting a Summer Learning Program this summer break, aimed at providing students with a range of educational opportunities.
Scheduled to start later this spring, registration for Summer Learning will offer two distinct sessions tailored to meet the needs of high school students.
During Session 1, scheduled for June 3 to 20, students requiring review and retesting for End of Course examples (EOC) such as ELA, Algebra, US History and Biology will have access to the classes and retest opportunities. Also, students seeking credit for these courses can do so.
Session 2, scheduled for July 10 to 26, will cater to students needing credit recovery for courses previously attempted but not successfully completed during the school year. Those looking for original credit subjects will have the opportunity to do so. Each course will be priced at $200, with tuition waived for families qualifying for the federal free and reduced meals program.
McNeil High School encourages families to stay tuned for further details about Summer Learning 2024, which will be made available on the RRISD website.
