Varsity football to play Round Rock Friday

After punching in a touchdown, junior running back Winston Hutchison (#28) celebrates with senior offensive lineman Deinkhanh Tran (#54) in the endzone. The Mavs clinched their first district win over the Vista Ridge Rangers 49-21 at Dragon Stadium Sept. 14.
After last week’s 49-21 drumming of the Vista Ridge Rangers, the varsity football team has the Round Rock Dragons in its sights.
Tickets will be sold during lunches in the cafeteria for a reduced price or at the gate for $9.
Round Rock will host the Mavericks at Dragon Stadium Sept. 21 at 7 p.m.
