The first official home wrestling meet will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 11 in the big gym. Both JV as well as Varsity teams will compete against Connally with the event beginning at 6:00 p.m.
“I’m very excited to be able to showcase how much hard work our team has put in in front of the school as well as being able to show all the work I’ve put in as well,” junior Jakob Compton said. “It’s really motivating to see people we personally know come and support us and people don’t usually realize how exciting a wrestling event can actually be.”
