Hi, my name is Aarya Manchikanti and I am a junior. This is my first year in newspaper. I am a reporter and am happy to be part of the Trailblazer. Outside of school, I like to read, paint, and spend time with my little brother.

On Monday, Sep. 29, Varsity tennis placed third in their tennis tournament. The tennis team defeated Cedar Ridge 10-1 that Monday, but unfortunately lost a heartbreaking match against Vandegrift that Tuesday. This led them to setting up a match against Round Rock Wednesday for 3rd place which the Mavericks scored a win 10-3.
