On Friday, Mar. 8, the library will hold an Oscars-themed Lunch and Learn ahead of the 96th Academy Awards ceremony on Sunday, Mar. 10. The main goal of the Lunch and Learn is to teach students about the history of the Oscars and to discuss this year’s nominees.
“Ms. Phillips and I are just really big movie buffs, and we wanted to come up with something fun to do involving the movies,” co-librarian Amelia Lewis said. “We thought an Oscars party would be fun.”
The Lunch and Learn will be held on a C-day, meaning it will be in accordance with students 6th period lunch block.
