AP Exams Begin May 2

This week, juniors and seniors will be getting ready for prom on Saturday, April 30 at the

Renaissance Hotel. However, the end of prom brings about AP tests for the following two

weeks, May 2-13 and end of course exams for U.S. History, Algebra 1 and Biology May 3-5.

It is important to get a good night’s sleep and eat of good breakfast prior to taking an exam.

Morning AP exams start at 8 a.m and typically last until noon. Most tests are for four hours. The

second round of testing begins at noon and typically ends around 4:30.

Those students who are AP testing who usually ride the bus should make other ride

arrangements for their testing days.

Students should reach their testing site, either the small gym or Learning Lab (depending on

which test) at least 15 minutes before testing begins and should remember to bring water and

some snacks for during the 10 minute breaks.
