The House of Torment is open now and will stay open until Nov. 9 at the Walnut Creek Business Park in Austin.

The three featured attractions are ‘Clown,’ ‘Rise of the Dead’ and ‘Dimensions of Darkness.’ There are also small escape rooms as well.

“The scariest part was the monsters,” sophomore Erin McBride said. “They would make noises in our ears as we passed, like snarls and growls.”

Ticket prices range from $20 on weekdays to $30 on weekends. Upgrading to a fast pass costs an additional $10, and upgrading to skip the line costs an extra $20.

“Going with a group of close friends makes it really fun,” sophomore Kaia Kranc-Steele said. “It’s an adrenaline rush for sure, so if that’s what you’re looking for you can find it here.”
