A case of COVID-19 was confirmed on campus on Oct. 20. Those who were in close contact with the infected individual will be contacted and won’t be allowed on campus for up to 14 days. This is the second confirmed case on campus this year.
“While we do not have reason to believe that those who were in close contact with the infected individual have reason to be concerned, we ask that you, as always, watch for symptoms of COVID-19,” Principal Amanda Johnson said in an email to parents and staff Tuesday. “Operations at McNeil High School will continue as usual, and we will keep you apprised of further updates.”
Anyone in RRISD who is confirmed to have COVID-19 is encouraged to notify their campus COVID contact, Lesley Bohmann at [email protected]. For more information on COVID cases in RRISD, please visit https://roundrockisd.org/covid-dashboard/
