RRISD sends out November Student Check In Survey
The RRISD Department of Research and Evaluation sent the November Student Check in Survey to students on Monday, Nov. 16. Students have until Friday, Nov. 20 to submit the survey.
A report will be written and sent to campus principals and other district leaders after students have completed the survey. Student names will not be included in the report.
“I think it’s a good idea because it allows the district to know where students are struggling, but it’s going at it the wrong way,” senior Kyla Lee said. “The one to 10 thing is so subjective, one person’s five might be another person’s two. Also there’s no free response so the district doesn’t actually know what’s causing the issues. I think it’s just for publicity.”
