The school has announced a new schedule for faculty and underclassman picture day. All pictures will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 3 through first period and flex in the gym. This marks a significant change as last year pictures were taken during English class.
The updated schedule aims to simplify the picture-taking process and minimize distractions during the academic day.
“It kind of depends, for people who are [involved in] football, band, etc. it isn’t a good thing because they need the practice,” sophomore Taha Hassan said. “I think English is the best class to do it since a lot of class time includes reading.”
Additionally, the only retake day will be Oct. 10 for underclassmen who cannot attend on the scheduled day or are unhappy with the quality of their photos.
Picture proofs will be emailed to parents after a few weeks after picture day.
