As a graduation requirement, seniors must submit all scholarships they receive to head counselor Brandon Tate by Senior Awards Night on Monday, May 19 so the total amount of scholarship money awarded to the class of 2025 can be announced at graduation on May 22.
“I’m glad I have a scholarship so I can go to school and learn what I need to learn for free,” senior Tigerlily Broomfield said. “I’m going to Embry Riddle Aeronautical school. I got it because I’m a girl and the school is very heavily male oriented.”
Even if a student doesn’t plan to accept a scholarship awarded to them, they must still submit it. Seniors can forward emails, send screenshots or upload photos to [email protected] for their scholarship information to be verified.
