The way McNeil girls lacrosse team play
McNeil girls lacrosse team won the game against Westwood.
On Apr. 4, McNeil girls lacrosse team played against Westwood. As they prepared everyday with practices, Mav girls were able to defeat long-last enemy.
“This game was great,” player Cinnamon Wright-Burwinkel said. “Our team enjoyed a lot.”
Varsity lacrosse team won by 15-4 at Westwood homeground, wrecking the home team.
“I’m so proud of my team. We won because of our team’s determination,” Elizabeth Cazes said.
With this win, McNeil girls lacrosse team was able to place second place in state. “This game showed everyone that they can do this. It was our first year of team and everyone did great,” player Alexis Munoz said.
McNeil girls lacrosse team this season has a of record of winning. And this game was not an exception.
Their next and last game is against Bowie, on April 14.
