Gavin garners meet’s Best Youth Swimmer Award

Sophomore Alix Gavin, swam her way to victory taking home six medals and the Youth Swimmer of the Meet award at the Deaf International Swimming Championships January 14-18 in Rochester, New York.
“I was both thrilled and excited to compete,” Gavin said.
The competition featured almost 300 swimmers from nine different countries..
“We are so proud of Alix’s accomplishments and how she represented our country, school, team and community at this grand stage for international swimming,” Coach Johnny Foss said.
