Beyonce Releases Self-Tilted “Visual Album”

Beyonce Releases Self-Tilted Visual Album

As if 2013 did not come with enough surprises already, Beyoncé has randomly released a new self-titled album without using any sort of publicity or advertising. Apparently, none of that was necessary, because within minutes, her album had reached #1 on the iTunes charts.

The album includes 14 tracks, none of which are available for individual purchase yet; consumers can only buy it in a single package. Individual tracks are said to be available on Dec. 20. The record also comes with videos for each song, with special guest appearances from artists like Jay-Z, Drake and Frank Ocean.

Earlier this year, Beyoncé followed her performance at the Super Bowl halftime show with the Mrs. Carter Show, an international tour that kicked off in April and included a headlining performance at the Made In America festival in Philadelphia.

Not to mention that her recently born child, Blue Ivy Carter, has no doubt been keeping her busy.

So I have to wonder: when did Bey have time to record this entire album, make music videos for every song, and keep it the best kept secret of the entire year?

However she did it, she couldn’t have asked for better results. This album is a feast for eyes and for ears. It’s a look at Beyoncé from Beyoncé’s point of view.

After the release, fans lost their minds and the Internet seemed to be on the verge of exploding. Even other celebrities, like Katy Perry and Lady Gaga, could not stop talking about it and praising Beyoncé for her success. I hope to see her create more incredible material.
