Bussin Buns – Food truck that serves Nashville style fried chicken. When I went there I got one of their most popular items, the Bussin-Mac. The Bussin-Mac is basically two chopped tenders served over mac n’ cheese with fries on the side. You can choose the spice level of the tenders (mild all the way to xx-hot) and I chose extra-hot, since personally I’m a spicy food enjoyer. When it comes to the flavour of the dish the mac n’ cheese and chopped tender combo was so good, it was so spicy, but it felt as if I couldn’t put my fork down. The portion they give is also very generous, my food was literally bussin out the box, and it was only about $13. If you love fried chicken, you’ll have to give this food truck a try.
KIIN DI – This Thai food truck which is entirely owned by women, was an incredible experience to try. Their Thai boxing wings are extremely crispy and flavorful, and they are available in three different flavors. I also ordered the killer noodles, which are stir-fried ramen with savory complex flavors from garlic, basil, and Thai peppers. It is finished with a fried egg and a long line of pork belly. The last thing I got was their Thai Tea, which was very rich in its flavours with the condensed milk adding a creamy texture and balancing out the bitterness of the coffee it has. I’m very impressed with the average price of the food, which is $20, since the quality of the food is superb. I would definitely recommend giving this food truck a try.

Tacuties – A family owned taco food truck, I ordered the Tacutie tacos, consisting of a tortilla made with cactus, which definitely gives the tortilla an earthy flavour. The chicken in the taco was so tender and smoky, pairing very well with the onions served with it. What elevated their Tacutie taco to the next level is their special salsa, which pairs with the tacos favours perfectly. I also got their Shroomie taco, which I think is a pretty good alternative if you don’t eat meat. After those I got their churros, literally the best sweet thing to eat after eating all those tacos. When I went the truck wasn’t really busy which was pretty strange, since the food they served was so delicious. If Mexican food is your thing you need to give the Tacuties food truck a try.

Las Cochindas – Pink themed food truck with a variety of snacks / sweet treats. I got corn in a cup. It was well served with a good flavor, nice and warm. The second item was strawberries and cream. They were creamy but not too sweet, and were big strawberry slices. The third item was the churros dubai strawberries; they were warm and crunchy with a good sweetness ratio as the strawberries gave it a good balance. They have a very polite and friendly staff with a cute seating arrangement and the snacks were quite tasty.
