The Nolan Ryan Foundation invites hardworking students from McNeil interested in working at Round Rock Express home games to explore new opportunities this Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Dell Diamond.
The Nolan Ryan Foundation is a non-profit organization located in Round Rock to provide resources for community development and student education.
The Nolan Ryan Foundation hosts the 50/50 raffle at Round Rock Express games and is searching for help to sell raffle tickets at home games this season.
Students interested in the position will be responsible to roam a designated area of the concourse with a mobile handheld device and mobile printer for raffle sales. Sellers are required to have an outgoing and welcoming attitude to encourage purchases.
Prior experience is a plus but not essential. However, sellers are required to be flexible and have the capability to work in high-pressure situations. Hiring managers focus on the goal-oriented and self-motivated students as they will bring the most profit and loyalty to the team.
Hiring managers will be at one site Sat. March 7th to meet candidates, review resumes, and discuss opportunities with course applicants.
