With graduation rapidly approaching, seniors are responsible for checking for important date information as well as procedures on how to acquire their tickets. To ensure the smooth process for pickup, school officials have been sending emails regarding the schedule.
Ticket pickup will happen this week from May 11 to Friday, May 15. Consisting of two available time slots from 8:30 a.m.-10 a.m. and 5 p.m.-6 p.m. Those who are able to pick up the tickets are either the students’ guardian, or seniors who are 18 and up. For students who are unable to get their tickets at these times, there is another option. During graduation practice, which will occur May 21, any remaining tickets will be added to senior packets and handed out to those who missed them.
Six tickets will be given at the start. Earlier in the year, a form to request extra tickets was sent out. Seniors who filled out these forms will receive their extra tickets in their packet during pickup. For seniors who were unable to fill out the form, there will still be an opportunity to receive more tickets. Any remaining tickets will be on a first come first serve basis during the pickup times, this encourages students and guardians to get there early to secure extra tickets.
In order to avoid any last minute complications, seniors are highly encouraged to be on top of what the schedule is. This ensures the last couple weeks run smoothly in time for graduation.
