Beyond Borders Club will be having its fourth meeting of the year on Friday, Feb. 9 during Flex in room B106.
During Flex, the club will be tasting different chocolates from around the world for Valentine’s Day and have an art exhibition of artworks submitted from their art contest. The prompt from the contest was the student’s culture or favorite tradition. The winners of the contest will be announced during the club and will receive a mystery prize. Palm readings, candy and snacks will also be available for students to indulge in.
Beyond Borders’ goal is to help refugees and displaced people in the community within the school. They are also partners with non profit organization ENGin to help support Ukrainian refugees.
