After the mandatory flex meeting for seniors, here is an updated list of the required upcoming events and their dates/times.

May 13-17
On these dates, tickets for graduation can be picked by my parents/guardians of seniors. It must be one of the family members listed on HAC. Pick-up times are from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. and from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. These tickets can be picked up in the front lobby.

May 20
The senior award ceremony will be held in the Raymond E. Hartfield Performing Arts Center at 6:00 p.m. on this date.

May 21
Graduation practice is a mandatory event for all seniors. This will start promptly at 2:00 p.m. Seniors must come in their cap and gown. If seniors are planning on decorating their caps, they must be done by this date so they can be approved by administrative staff for the actual graduation.

May 22
Arrive at McNeil by 1:30 p.m. If seniors arrive late, they will miss the buses and miss out on graduation. Seniors need to arrive in their cap and gown with as little other things as possible. It’s recommended that students only bring their phones and keep them in a pocket. If girls want to bring a purse, it must be clear. The actual graduation itself will begin at 4:00 p.m. at the HEB Center at Cedar Park.
