For the second year, McNeil hosted students from Alexandra Park School in London, England. They came to school last week on Tuesday, Apr. 9. Student volunteers assisted each of the students. The London students attended all the classes with the volunteers throughout the day. The students from abroad had many American high school experiences such as eating at the McNeil Cafeteria. Lisa Flores was in charge of organizing this event along with the hosts, Nila Arunkumar, Zainab Aliasgar, Winnie Lu, Elijah Boston, Maxine Olson, Yaritza Sosa, Mina Raja, Madeline Eckert, Markus Fabianich, Priyanka Matti, Varsha Suresh, Jayden Young, Zavion Roberts, Taryn Smith, Charli Brown, Selby Woolsey, Marina Koida, Emily Joseph and Arnav Sundaram.

“I really enjoyed helping with the Alexandra Park School tour because it allowed me to get a glimpse of culture and schooling in London while also giving me the opportunity to teach others about my experiences.” junior  Suresh said. “The Alexandra Park students had a great time exploring what school was like in America at McNeil.”
