Hawks Take Down the Mavs
McNeil Mavericks lose against the Hendrickson Hawks

The McNeil Mavericks took the loss Thursday, Oct. 19 against the Hendrickson Hawks with a final score of 47-13.
After the Hawks fumbled the ball and the Mavericks successfully recovered, there was finally a glimmer of hope. The spark of hope died when the turnover was thrown and caught as an interception by Hendrickson.
During the 3rd quarter, the mavs threw a pass but was interfered by a player on the opposing team. The Mavs scored an automatic first down and a 15 yard advantage, but unfortunately never made it to the end zone.
The Mavericks next game is Friday, Nov. 3 against the the Stony Point Tigers at the Kelly Reeves Athletic Complex. The Mavs will be the visitors at this game.
