‘Breaking Dawn’ Part 2: The Epic Conclusion to the Fight for Love

Breaking Dawn Part 2: The Epic Conclusion to the Fight for Love

It all comes down to this, the epic finale to the Twilight Saga; the one and only Breaking Dawn Part 2. What started out as a romance between Edward and Bella has turned out to be something so much more. Part 2 left me restless and wanting more. The director, Bill Condon, did an excellent job with this movie and did not leave me disappointed like the first part. The storyline was delicately put into the movie, portraying Bella and Edward with a new member: Renesmee. After the Volturi discovered the existence of Renesmee, they are quick to assume that the child is a forbidden kind of race: The Immortal Child.

Edward and Bella do everything in their power to save their daughter. They go to the extent to gather up all of their friends to vouch for Renesmee, proving that she is half immortal and half human. She grows like a human child would but at an accelerated pace, and she is also the other half of Jacob Black (werewolf).

In an epic battle against the Volturi everything is at stake: lives, family, and most important . . .  love. The Volturi giving everything they have to kill Renesmee and the Cullens are giving everything they have to protect her.

The movie is an excellent copy of the book. Some parts are not included because they cannot fit everything in a two hour long movie. But other than that, it was amazing. Intense at some points and at the end it really did pay to go to the movie .

I am sad to see this tale end, along with many fans. The books and movie have been such a great experience. I give this movie 4 ½ stars.
