The gown provided a formal look while still staying fun and current by incorporating popular trends like the sleeveless top and low waisted skirt. The outfit was unique and Stone pulled it off extremely well.

2. Hillary Duff

Hillary Duff, nominated in Best Performance by a Female Actor in a motion picture for her role in Song Sung Blue, wore a classy grey halter neck gown from Armani’s 2007 summer collection. Although the gown gave a classy look there was a funky addition of fringe draped around it, causing the dress to stand out. 

3. Zoey Deutch 

Zoey Deutch, starring in Nouvelle Vague which was nominated for best musical or comedy film, dazzled in an art-deco inspired gown designed by Prada. The vintage inspired lace gown was embellished with crystals and served up a uniquely glamorous and flattering look.

4. Ayo Edebiri 

Ayo Edebiri, nominated for the Best Female Actor in a Television Series – Musical/Comedy for her role in The bear, wore a black velvet off-the-shoulder dress by Chanel. The dress is the epitome of elegance, it’s perfectly classy and has the perfect amount of spunk with the velvet and jeweled sleeve additions.

5. Tessa Thompson

Tessa Thompson, nominated for Best Performance for a Female Actor in a Motion Picture for her role in the film Hedda, showed up in a stunning Balenciaga Gown. The blinged out green gown was embroidered with fish tail sequins was an eye catcher, the fit and cut of the gown worked very well for Thompson making it a flattering gown all around.
